About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering & Site Supervision Lead to oversee the execution, civil foundations, mechanical installation, piping, and quality control of our multi-SPV Compressed Biogas (CBG) plants. You will serve as the Owner’s Engineer, ensuring our EPC contractors and equipment suppliers deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to strict technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

● EPC & OEM Governance: Supervise site execution by EPC contractors, OEM suppliers, and civil subcontractors; verify BOQs, engineering drawings, and milestone completion before payment sign-offs.

● Technical & Process Review: Review PFDs, P&IDs;, GA drawings, civil layouts, fermenter/digester mechanical specs, and piping designs provided by vendors.

● Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols and EHS/safety compliance at site; conduct regular field audits.

● Site Progress & Testing: Oversee pre-commissioning, hydrostatic testing, piping tightness checks, and integrated plant trial runs (digester loading, gas purification, and compression packages).





● Interconnection Oversight: Coordinate site-level electrical grid connectivity, transformer installation, and high-voltage substation works.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.

● Experience: 8–12+ years in industrial process plant execution (Biogas/CBG, Ethanol Distilleries, Chemical Processing, or Oil & Gas downstream).

● Skills: Strong expertise in SCADA/PLC systems, piping standards, structural civil foundations, and contractor management.

● Key Attributes: Hands-on site troubleshooter, solid vendor management, willingness to travel/stay at plant locations.
