Requirements and skills:

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate - Electronics/ENTC.
- Min. 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality field.
- Well verse with quality tools and methodologies such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Experience with quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS)



in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that quality policies, procedures, and documentation are effectively communicated and followed throughout.
- Evaluate supplier quality performance and ensure that purchased materials and components meet Minilec's quality standards.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
