Job Summary:
Assist the Performance Marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring ad campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and quick-commerce platforms, gaining hands-on experience in data-driven marketing and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in setting up and monitoring digital ad campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
● Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) to measure campaign
success.
● Support in keyword research, competitor analysis, and bid optimization.
● Prepare performance reports and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
● Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.
● Monitor daily budgets, flag anomalies, and suggest adjustments.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field).
● Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Amazon Ads preferred).
● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
● Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
● Strong communication and eagerness to learn data-driven marketing.
