SEO Team Lead – eCommerce

We’re looking for a data-driven SEO Team Lead who can take full ownership of organic growth. This role goes beyond rankings — it’s about driving measurable traffic, revenue, and visibility across search ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)

· Drive organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion performance

· Conduct in-depth keyword research aligned with business goals

· Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and crawlability

· Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

· Identify growth opportunities through competitor and SERP analysis

· Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams

· Lead, mentor, and scale the SEO team

· Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to integrate SEO into all initiatives

· Oversee technical audits and ensure best practices are implemented

· Present insights and performance reports to leadership





· Solid understanding of buyer intent and search behavior

Requirements:

- 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience (with leadership exposure)
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic and revenue
- Strong technical SEO understanding (Core Web Vitals, indexing, schema, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
- Experience with eCommerce SEO is a strong advantage

Key KPIs:

· Organic traffic growth

· Keyword ranking improvements

· Revenue contribution from SEO

· Technical SEO health score

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
