About Mosadad

Mosadad is the UAE's national digital infrastructure for motor-insurance recovery and settlement — connecting insurers, garages, banks and regulators through one secure, auditable system that moves real money at national scale, under the UAE Central Bank. Motor insurance is the starting point; the platform expands across the regulated financial sector across the region.

The Role

We are hiring an elite DevOps engineer to own Mosadad's entire cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring and release process — built from the ground up on Azure for a platform that moves real money between institutions and cannot go down. Every deployment, every setting, every alert — yours.

This is a founding seat in a tiny, hand-picked core of IIT-calibre engineers in Bengaluru building Mosadad from zero. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding leadership — your work is seen at the very top, and you help shape the company, not just the code.

What You Will Own

· Infra-as-Code — all Azure resources via Terraform (preferred) / ARM / Bicep; environment isolation & promotion gates (dev/staging/UAT/prod).

· CI/CD — end-to-end Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions pipelines for .NET Core + Angular; release governance, rollbacks,



DB deploy automation (MongoDB / SQL Server).

· Containers — Docker + Kubernetes (AKS), Helm; production-grade orchestration.

· Reliability & security — Azure Monitor / App Insights / Grafana; SLIs/SLOs; Key Vault, RBAC, network policies, WAF; DR, backups, RTO/RPO; cost optimisation.

Who We're Looking For

· IIT only — B.Tech / M.Tech from an IIT — non-negotiable.

· 5+ years — DevOps / SRE with deep hands-on Azure (AKS, App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus, Azure AD), Terraform, K8s, YAML CI/CD.

· Scripting & ops — Bash / PowerShell / Python; observability, networking (VNets, NSGs, Private Endpoints, DNS, LB); security-first.

· Mindset — production is sacred, automate everything, design for failure; greenfield builder, not an inheritor of someone else's Terraform.

· Bonus — Azure certs (AZ-104/400/305), FinTech/InsurTech/regulated experience, blue-green/canary.

Commitment

On-site, Bengaluru (Prestige Shantiniketan, Whitefield) 6-day working week — this is a founding, all-in role for people who want to build something that matters.

What You Get

Package: cash ₹25 to 50L by level, plus founding-team equity (ESOP). Greenfield codebase, no legacy debt. Direct, visible impact on national-scale infrastructure with regional expansion ahead.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
