Job Summary:

A Draftsman in our Project team plays a crucial role in the design and development phase of hotel construction projects. This position requires a highly skilled qualified to prepare detailed architectural, Interior details and Municipal Submission drawings. ensuring all design specifications are accurately represented.

Designation: Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Drawings:

- Develop detailed architectural, interior, Municipal and structural drawings using CAD software.
- Based on conceptual drawing need to prepare details working drawings (GFC).

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders like MEP & Structural to incorporate changes and updates to designs.

Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in drafting techniques.

Documentation and Records:

- Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
- Prepare and update project documentation and reports as needed.
- Prepare As built drawings for Completed project with proper document.

Quality Assurance:





- Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from the design team and clients.

Site Visits:

- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design implementation.
- Assist in resolving any design-related issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Certification in CAD or architectural drafting is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in the commercial/large scale residential, hospitality or hotel construction industry.
- Experience in MEP coordinated drawings preferred
- Experience in creating as-built drawings for projects preferred
- Proficiency AutoCad, AutoCad 3D, BIM, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit (preferred not mandatory)

Skills:

- Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
