- Operate VMC/CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials and secure workpieces using fixtures and clamps.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards.
- Set machine parameters such as tool offsets, feed rates, and spindle speeds.
- Perform tool changes and basic machine setup.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and identify machining defects.
- Maintain production records and quality reports.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow workplace safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of VMC/CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T; symbols (preferred).
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
