About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI Fitter to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and maintaining mechanical components and machinery in a manufacturing or plant setup. This role demands attention to detail, hands-on experience with industrial tools, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities: ∙Perform fitting and mechanical assembly tasks based on engineering drawings and instructions. ∙Carry out routine preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and mechanical equipment. ∙Ensure safety of the premises, including regular inspections of tools, machines, and plant infrastructure. ∙Monitor and support fire safety measures and assist in maintaining fire extinguishers and safety equipment. ∙Take care of infrastructure-related work such as minor civil repairs, pipeline fittings, and structural maintenance. ∙

Assist in the installation and upkeep of new machines and equipment. ∙Identify and resolve faults or wear in mechanical parts to avoid downtime. ∙Maintain proper documentation for all maintenance activities. ∙

Provide on-the-job training to machine operators regarding basic handling,



safety practices, and preventive care of machines. ∙Support the team in ensuring compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications: ∙ITI certification in Fitter trade from a recognized institution. ∙Strong knowledge of mechanical fittings, machine tools, and plant equipment. ∙Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals. ∙Knowledge of plant safety norms, fire safety standards, and preventive maintenance schedules. ∙Hands-on experience with hand tools, welding, grinding, and other fabrication work. ∙Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments. ∙Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
