Job Summary

Popular Hyundai is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving team performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and contributing to the dealership's overall business growth.

Eligibility

- Degree/ Diploma
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling or supervisory role.
- Experience in Hyundai or any leading automobile dealership is preferred.
- Valid LMV (4-Wheeler) Driving Licence preferred.
