Trainee – Electrical / Mechanical Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Support installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities under the guidance of senior technicians/engineers.
- Perform routine checks of machines, motors, pumps, conveyors, panels, and utilities.
- Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Assist in machine improvement, 5S, TPM, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Learn and follow company maintenance standards and operating procedures.
- Carry out any other work assigned by the reporting manager.

Qualification

- ITI (Electrician/Fitter/Mechanic) or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Skills

- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
- Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts, Extra OT payment will be provided
- Valuable learning attitude, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
