We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our jewellery business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with existing customers, and scheduling store visits to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce jewellery collections, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into store visits or sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to build long-term relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Update customer records and call logs in the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Gather customer feedback and report market insights to the management team.
Eligibility
- Graduate.
- 1 –2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (experience in the jewellery or retail sector is preferred).
