Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee site execution for industrial and commercial wall painting projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quantity verification, billing, client coordination, labor management, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys before project execution, as required.
- Take site measurements from project initiation through completion and handover.
- Prepare and submit running bills and final bills to clients along with work progress reports.
- Verify BOQ quantities against actual site quantities and approved drawings to ensure accurate client certification.
- Plan, supervise, and manage labor for smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee civil and finishing activities at the project site.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), project schedules, and execution timelines.




- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues, escalating them to the Project Manager when necessary.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and proper documentation.
- Complete project handover with all required documentation and snag closure.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of experience in site engineering, construction, painting, or interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in industrial and commercial projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
