Key Responsibilities

- Connect with US / ROW-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
- Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
- Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment.




- Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Work Schedule & Requirements

- Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business
- requirement).
- Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore
- Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in positive working condition

Shift

- ROW Shift window– 12 PM IST - 3 AM IST.
- US - 10 PM - 7AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹460,000.00 per year
