- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews
- Help with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Support HR operations such as maintaining employee records and updating databases
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and internal communication
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
- Draft and update HR documents, policies, and procedures
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
