Relevant experience- 2 years to 8 Years

- Ability to train, Communication Skills, Enterprise Architecture, Follow up, Presentation Skills, Tibco, Understands Service Line trend, Understands industry trends
- Experience in Application development using Tibco products
- Experience of Design & development using TIBCO BW
- Strong hands on Development expertise with TIBCO BW , TIBCO Business Studio, TIBCO HAWK, ADMIN, Unix/Linux Environment exposure Good working expertise using Web services, XPATH, XML, SQL, JMS, Unix Scripting.
- Exposure on UNIX, LINUX and Windows environments with TIBCO Installation & script deployments. Experienced in documenting and presenting designed technical solutions.
- Robust Development Expertise in following TIBCO Product Suits:
- Tibco Business Works, TIBCO Designer, Monitoring tool: Tibco Hawk
- Deployment: Tibco Administrator for deployment

Good to have:

- DBMS
- Oracle/SQL server,
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Environment: Windows/Unix/Linux
- XML: XSD, DTD, XML, X-path
