About the Role

We are looking for an experienced National Sales Head to lead and scale our pan-India sales function for industrial products, with a strong focus on ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) products and electronics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building sales teams, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the B2B industrial/electronics space.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Develop and execute the national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams / zonal managers across India
- Build and maintain relationships with key OEM, distributor, and channel partner accounts
- Identify new business opportunities in industrial, electronics manufacturing, and related sectors
- Drive sales of ESD control products, static-safe equipment, and related electronic/industrial solutions
- Set sales targets, monitor performance (MIS/CRM), and take corrective action as needed
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for demand generation and after-sales support
- Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and terms with large/key clients
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to leadership

Required Skills & Experience :-

- 5–8 years of experience in industrial product sales, with mandatory experience in ESD products, electronics, or related industrial categories
- Proven experience managing pan-India sales operations and leading multi-location teams
- Strong network with distributors, dealers, and OEM clients in the electronics/industrial manufacturing sector
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Data-driven approach with hands-on experience using CRM/sales MIS tools
- Willingness to travel extensively across India

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
