Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to transform raw materials into finished products efficiently, safely, and at high quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

->Monitor the production process to ensure products are produced efficiently and meet specifications.
->Maintain inventory levels and manage raw materials to ensure continuous production.
->Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
->Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks.
-> boost productivity, reduce waste, and decrease costs.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guidelines.
->Quality Control & Safety Compliance.




->Investigate quality issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and audit new vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships for quality assurance.
- Project Management: Oversee vendor delivery timelines (APQP) and ensure compliance with standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Quality, Purchase, and R&D; teams to deliver project goals and resolve issues

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
