As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our sales growth.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and managing sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication channels. Your role will include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal departments for order execution, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will also play a key role in achieving sales targets while building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
We are looking for a graduate with 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, telesales, or customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be proficient in MS Office, and have a customer-focused, target-driven approach. Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
