We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant with 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, production costing, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain product cost sheets.

Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs.

Monitor production costs and analyze cost variances.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.

Reconcile inventory and support stock verification.

Analyze BOM (Bill of Materials) and manufacturing costs.

Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Finance departments.

Maintain accurate costing records and documentation.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.





Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills

Positive knowledge of Cost Accounting principles.

Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

Knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally or similar accounting software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
