Hiring | AGM - Contracts Management

We are looking for an experienced legal qualified for a senior leadership role in Contracts Management with a reputed diversified business group.

Location: Manipal / Bangalore
(Candidates must be open to extensive travel across India and overseas)

Stable career record required (minimum 5 years with an employer preferred)

Key Requirements:

LLB mandatory | LLM / Company Secretary preferred

12+ years of post-qualification experience in contracts management, commercial law, or corporate legal practice

Strong in-house experience with large conglomerates, diversified groups, or manufacturing companies

Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating high-value commercial agreements across sectors

Experience managing legal/contracts teams

Exposure to regulated industries like technology, media, financial services, printing/smart cards, or real estate is an advantage

International contracts exposure (US/UK or other global markets) preferred

Kannada reading, writing and speaking is mandatory

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
