- Have good connect and relationship with the Fixed Income Institutional investors, for placement of bonds in secondary market.
- Relationship with Major Insurance and Mutual Funds for placement of regular and structured bond issue.
- Relationship & database & understanding of the Major PF trust in Mumbai and western region.
- Understanding of PF investment pattern, placement of at least regular AAA rated bond issue, PF products Viz Bonds, MF, AIF, GSEC, SDL
- Have relationship with the Brokers, arrangers, PF Trust clients and other institutional investors and treasury for Placement and sourcing of bonds from secondary market.
- Candidates from Merchant Banker/ arrangers fraternity is preferred but candidate from NBFC/Mutual Fund / Insurance industry having connect with all key fixed income institutional investors for placement of bond issue should also apply.
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Skills:
- Understanding of Balance sheet, P&L;, Cash flows etc.
- Brief knowledge of Mutual Funds.
- Brief knowledge of NCD, CP, Bonds, Fixed Income Market and Money Market instrument Etc.
- Should have valuable command in Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
- Should be able to use various websites at a time.
- Good Communication Skill
