Job Description

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual status
- Identify schedule deviations and analyze impacts on project timelines
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs




- Track critical path activities and highlight potential delays and risks
- Prepare look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly) for execution planning
- Generate progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support resource planning and allocation based on project timelines
- Review contractor/subcontractor schedules and validate progress claims
- Ensure integration of all project activities into a master schedule
- Assist in cost control by aligning planning with project budgets and forecasts
