Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Eicher Small Commercial Vehicles by identifying prospective customers, generating leads, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires building strong customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and contributing to the dealership's overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current customers through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local market activities.
- Promote and sell Eicher Small Commercial Vehicles to individual customers, fleet operators, and business establishments.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance,



registration, and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors' products, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
- Participate in exhibitions, road shows, customer meets, and promotional campaigns organized by the dealership.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist customers in documentation related to vehicle finance, insurance, registration, and exchange where applicable.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly sales updates to the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
