Job Title: Visa & Compliance Officer – Australia & Current Zealand

Job Overview

Pacific Quadrant is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Visa & Compliance Officer to manage the post-offer and visa processing journey for students applying to institutions in Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, coordinating with recruiters, and driving successful offer-to-visa conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Post-Offer Management

- Manage student cases from offer issuance to visa submission.
- Track student progress and ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems.

Recruiter Coordination

- Follow up with recruiters for pending documents, payments, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with institution requirements and deadlines.
- Support improved offer-to-visa conversion rates.

Visa Processing

- Guide students and recruiters on visa documentation requirements.
- Review financial documents, SOPs, and supporting documents.




- Coordinate visa application preparation and submission.

Compliance & Documentation

- Verify document authenticity and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate compliance records.

Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with admissions teams, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular case updates and escalate risks or delays.

Reporting

- Monitor offer holders, visa submissions, and conversion status.
- Prepare regular reports and proactively address bottlenecks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Offer-to-visa conversion rate
- Timely visa application submissions
- Documentation and compliance accuracy
- Recruiter engagement and follow-up effectiveness
