We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Finance (NBFC / STPL)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in NBFCs, FinTechs, or Digital Lending companies, particularly in Short-Term Personal Loans (STPL), and possess strong financial and accounting expertise, we'd love to connect.Please Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in NBFC/STPL Finance & Accounting. Profiles from unrelated industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:-

-Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, payment gateways, loan transactions, and financial records.

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial record maintenance.

-Own loan book management, including: # Loan accounting # Finance management # Financial reporting # Portfolio reconciliation # Regulatory and financial compliance

-Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support business and leadership decisions.

-Handle financial statement preparation,



book management, month-end closing activities, and ensure accuracy of all financial records.

-Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure seamless financial processes and data integrity.

What We're Looking For

-3–4 years of experience in Finance & Accounting within an NBFC, FinTech, or Digital Lending organization.

-Strong knowledge of loan book accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and MIS.* -Excellent understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and lending operations.

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.* High attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
