We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive/ Interns to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in client outreach, lead generation, and business communication. Candidates should be comfortable making cold calls and interacting with potential clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and candidates.
- Introduce company services and generate interest among prospects.
- Maintain and update call records in the CRM/database.
- Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with cold calling and speaking with new people.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Positive attitude,
self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.

Stipend
