Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to improve product quality and reduce defects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues

- Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices

- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to address quality concerns and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials





- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control techniques to continuously improve processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- 1 - 3 years of experience in customer relationship management

- Strong understanding of quality control principles and techniques

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
