Academic Responsibilities

- Teach Biology to senior secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Conduct practical sessions and laboratory activities in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Develop and use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
- Integrate technology and digital resources into classroom teaching.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, worksheets, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate students' performance and maintain academic records.

Student Development

- Identify and address individual learning needs of students.
- Provide remedial support and enrichment programs.
- Mentor and guide students for board examinations and competitive examinations such as NEET.
- Encourage participation in science exhibitions, projects, and research activities.

Classroom & Laboratory Management

- Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of Biology laboratory equipment and resources.
- Follow all safety norms during practical sessions.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain attendance records, student portfolios, and assessment data.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by the school.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and school events.
- Assist in school inspections,



accreditation processes, and academic audits.

Professional Development

- Attend training programs, workshops, and career development initiatives.
- Stay updated with changes in curriculum, pedagogical practices, and educational technology.

Qualification & ExperienceEssential Qualification

- M.Sc. in Biology/Botany/Zoology/Life Sciences from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Eligibility as per CBSE/NCTE norms.

Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes.
- Experience in handling CBSE curriculum and board examination classes preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
