About the Role

We're looking for a Brand Ambassador – Talent Acquisition Intern who will be the face of our company and help us attract exceptional talent. This role is perfect for individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy networking, engaging with people, and creating a great first impression.

You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to source candidates, coordinate interviews, and represent our company across hiring platforms, campuses, and recruitment events.

This is a 6-month, in-office internship with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on your performance.

Responsibilities

- Represent the company professionally during all recruitment activities.
- Connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various open positions.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic eligibility.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
- Promote the company's culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Assist in organizing hiring drives, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, and networking events.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and regularly update candidate status.
- Collaborate with the HR and Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.
