Job Description:
The Debt Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers through calls, visits, and follow-ups. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring collections are done as per company policies and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, or field visits
Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment recovery
Negotiate and finalize repayment plans
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments
Meet assigned collection targets
Follow legal, ethical, and company compliance standards
Escalate unresolved cases when required
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and targets
Qualified and polite approach
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
