· Monitor complete patient flow from admission to discharge, ensuring proper coordination between departments to ensure smooth operations without delays.
· Act as the central point of communication between doctors, nurses, billing, GRE, and admin to ensure alignment
· Proactively identify operational gaps (delays, miscommunication, pending tasks) and resolve them before they escalate.
· Maintain daily reports on Admissions, Discharges, Bed occupancy, Revenue indicators and Share updates with management regularly.
· Ensure all required documentation is completed on time for billing, insurance, and audits
· Monitor staff punctuality, task completion, and adherence to processes within the unit.
