- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
- Robust experience in developing both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various data sources.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services to build scalable and resilient applications.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
