Role Overview

We are hiring Control Panel Wiring Technicians with strong hands-on skills in electrical wiring, cabling, and panel assembly. The right candidate should be able to read electrical drawings and execute wiring work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing as per layout/panel design.
- Assemble and wire control panels, distribution boards, APFC panels, and PLC/automation panels.
- Carry out soldering and termination of wires, connectors, and terminals.
- Identify and select proper wire sizes, lugs, ferrules, and sleeves.
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and schematics accurately.
- Conduct continuity testing, troubleshooting, and basic quality checks.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the workplace.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
- 1–3 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly.
- Strong skills in wiring, crimping, soldering,



and routing.
- Ability to understand and execute from electrical drawings.
- Familiar with tools like cutters, crimpers, and multimeters.
- Good attention to detail, teamwork, and safety awareness.
