Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, maintaining, and reporting business data to support decision-making. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy, and creating dashboards for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
- Generate business performance reports and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Analyze business data and identify trends.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other departments for data collection.
- Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, or VBA (if applicable).
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.




- Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.

Required Skills

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF, SUMIFS).
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
- Basic SQL knowledge (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
