About the Role
We are looking for a DPA5 Manufacturing Assessment Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, product validation, CAD assessments, or automotive engineering. This role performs manufacturing readiness assessments and CAD/virtual validation studies within the Teamcenter environment to support automotive product development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform DPA5 Manufacturing Assessments by creating engineering checklists and executing CAD GMR assessments to support manufacturing readiness and product validation
- Conduct static study assessments using Teamcenter (TCE) tools to support virtual validation, DPA activities, and virtual build processes
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to identify process improvements, resolve product design issues, and support manufacturing feasibility
- Track engineering issues, maintain the validation matrix, and ensure timely closure of assessment findings
- Work within the Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP) environment to support engineering and manufacturing workflows




- Support VO to V2 development phases for UN/UP programs, ensuring quality and on-time project deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, product validation, CAD assessments, or automotive engineering
- Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, Teamcenter tools, CAD validation, and virtual manufacturing concepts
- Proficiency with Teamcenter (TCE), Active Workspace (AWC), VisMockup, EasyPlan, MS Project, Excel, and Word
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn new engineering tools and processes

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
