About the Role

Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) – Class I Mother Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall academic, social, and emotional development of Class I students while delivering an age-appropriate, activity-based curriculum in line with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach all core subjects to Class I students as the Mother Teacher, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans using experiential, play-based, and activity-oriented teaching methods.
- Foster foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional progress.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain student portfolios, report cards, and academic records.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and independent learning through interactive classroom activities.
- Use smart classroom technology, teaching aids, and digital learning resources effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Organize classroom displays, assemblies, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Participate actively in school events, teacher training programs,



workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and the overall well-being of students throughout the school day.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- CTET (Primary Level) qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills, a child-centric approach, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to teach young learners with patience, empathy, and creativity.
- Knowledge of experiential learning and foundational education practices.
