Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience using salon management software. The ideal candidate should understand salon operations and be comfortable working with software for appointment scheduling, billing, inventory, customer management, and reporting. The candidate will support our software implementation, customer onboarding, training, and ongoing client support.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with salon management software on a daily basis.
- Train salon owners and staff on software features and best practices.
- Assist clients with software setup, onboarding, and configuration.
- Resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Understand salon workflows and recommend software solutions.
- Coordinate with the product and technical teams to report bugs and feature requests.




- Create user guides and training documentation.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support.

Required Skills

- Experience using salon software such as Fresha, Zenoti, Phorest, Vagaro, Mindbody, Rosy, Meevo, or similar.
- Good understanding of salon operations (appointments, POS, inventory, memberships, packages, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Robust problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹37,500.37 per month
