Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1) Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens from patients for diagnostic testing.

2) Verify patient information and accurately label specimens.

3) Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of specimens to maintain sample integrity.

4) Maintain a clean and organized work area, following infection control and safety protocols.

5) Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.

6) Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate specimen processing.

7) Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: -Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience.





-Strong understanding of venipuncture techniques and blood collection procedures.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

-Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and service excellence.

-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

-Prior experience working in a clinical or laboratory setting is preferred
