The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and ensuring the company hires and retains the right talent to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate selection.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Coordinate training and performance evaluation programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Support business expansion by hiring quality talent within timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience.
Robust communication and leadership skills.
Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working Hours
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
