Educator / Trainer - Personality Development

Job SummaryWe are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Personality Development Educator to help students enhance their communication skills, self-confidence, interpersonal abilities, and overall personality. The candidate will be responsible for delivering personality development and soft skills sessions in a studio setup for online learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver personality development and soft skills lectures.
- Teach topics such as communication skills, spoken English, public speaking, confidence building, body language, and professional etiquette.
- Create engaging, student-focused, and interactive learning experiences through recorded sessions.
- Maintain confidence, clarity, and energy while presenting on camera.
- Coordinate with the production and academic teams during video shoots.
- Prepare scripts, lecture plans, notes, and presentation materials as required.
- Ensure content delivery is clear, skilled, and easy for students to understand.
- Participate in rehearsals, demo recordings,



and feedback sessions for content improvement.
- Stay updated with modern communication and personality development techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong command of spoken English and Hindi.
- Confidence in facing the camera and delivering lectures professionally.
- Good body language, voice modulation, and on-camera presence.
- Ability to engage online learners effectively.
- Creative and energetic teaching approach.
- Basic understanding of studio recording environments is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Certification or specialization in Personality Development, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in teaching, training, anchoring, content presentation, or personality development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
