Role Overview
The Coordinator – Institutional Relations will be responsible for building and managing collaborations with medical associations, societies, and healthcare institutions. The role requires excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong focus on lead generation, partnership development, and conversion of institutional opportunities into successful collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for potential collaborations with medical associations, healthcare societies, and institutions.
- Initiate and manage outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with key stakeholders.
- Present CLIRNET's academic and digital engagement offerings to prospective partners.
- Convert leads into active institutional collaborations through effective communication and negotiation.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with association representatives.
- Build and maintain long-term qualified relationships with institutional partners.
- Track the partnership pipeline, maintain CRM records, and provide regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership activities and events.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, call conversion, and collaboration targets.
- Represent CLIRNET professionally during interactions with healthcare professionals and medical organizations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in institutional sales, healthcare partnerships, business development, customer success, or telecalling.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, medical associations, or pharmaceutical/health-tech companies is an added advantage.
