Job Summary

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive (Telecalling) to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and basic knowledge of sales processes. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients regularly.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain customer database and update call records in Excel/CRM.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign follow-ups.
- Build positive relationships with customers and maintain proper follow-up.





Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Confident and convincing speaking ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue follow-ups professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

Qualification

- HSC / Graduate in any stream.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

Salary

18K-22K + Incentives on target .
