Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the LWA division to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction.
- Recruit and onboard recent Lokmanya Wealth Advisors.
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients and provide personalized advice.
- Drive cross-selling efforts and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
- Monitor client performance and identify growth opportunities.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving,
and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
- Knowledge of banking products, regulations, and best practices.
