A Car Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. The technician performs inspections, identifies faults, carries out repairs, and follows manufacturer standards and workshop procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform periodic maintenance and general vehicle servicing
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in vehicles
- Repair engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and steering systems
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify required repairs
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Replace defective parts and components
- Perform wheel alignment, balancing, and battery checks
- Ensure proper documentation of service and repair work
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area
- Follow company policies and manufacturer guidelines
- Support team members in achieving workshop targets
- Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and delivered on time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
