Job Title: Draftsman

Department: Design / Engineering

Location: Mowa Raipur

Reporting To: Design Manager / Engineering Head
Salary : 18k-20k per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts based on engineering specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of drafting software and the ability to convert concepts into precise technical drawings while ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software.

* Develop fabrication, assembly, and production drawings as per engineering requirements.

* Revise and update drawings based on design changes and client feedback.

* Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Quality teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

* Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.

* Ensure drawings comply with applicable standards and specifications.

* Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and other supporting documents when required.

* Assist engineers in design modifications and project execution.





* Maintain confidentiality of all technical documents and designs.

* Complete assigned drafting work within project timelines.

Required Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

* Certification in AutoCAD or relevant CAD software is preferred.

Experience

* 1–3 years of experience as a Draftsman.

* Freshers with strong CAD knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar software is an advantage.

* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards.

* Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

* Effective communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
