Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Executive to join our gold jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery, provide exceptional service, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth showroom operations. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, and silver jewellery collections.
- Explain product features, purity, hallmarking, pricing, making charges, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling of jewellery and value-added services.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic cash handling.
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist in inventory audits.
- Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and secure.
- Build lasting customer relationships and follow up for repeat purchases.




- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or 12th pass (depending on company requirements).
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium showroom sales.
- Knowledge of jewellery products and retail operations is preferred.
