Position: Hospital Administration Faculty

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Hospital Administration Faculty to handle add-on courses at various colleges. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, industry-oriented training sessions for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classes in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management-related subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials
- Deliver interactive and practical learning sessions for students
- Guide and mentor students in developing professional and industry-relevant skills
- Assess student performance and provide academic support when required

Qualifications & Skills

- MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or PG diploma, equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and presentation skills




- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and hospital management practices
- Previous teaching or industry experience will be an added advantage
- Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply, Freshers can also apply

Job Details

- Faculty may be required to travel to various college locations for conducting sessions
- Locations include Ernakulam, Perinthalmanna, Vadakara, Calicut and Kasaragod
- Candidates residing near these locations will be preferred

Salary

- Salary based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour
