Position : Commercial Leasing Executive – Client Coordination & Operations
Suggested Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Manage incoming leads and client enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and prepare leasing proposals.
- Coordinate property presentations and site visits.
- Maintain client communication and follow-up activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and leasing status updates.
- Support lease negotiations and closure activities.
- Coordinate documentation, agreement execution, and registration processes.
- Ensure timely updates between clients, landlords, and internal teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
