Job Summary

CP HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated HR Executive & HR Consultant to manage internal HR operations and support HR consulting projects for clients. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, documentation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Internal HR Functions

- End-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
- Employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- HRMS and employee record management.
- Employee engagement and office activities.
- Performance management and appraisal coordination.
- Exit management and full & final settlement coordination.

HR Consulting Functions

- Client coordination and communication.
- Preparation of HR policies, SOPs, JDs, HR forms, and templates.




- Support HR audits, compliance, and consulting projects.
- Maintain project trackers and client documentation.
- Assist in delivering HR consulting assignments.

Eligibility

- Graduate in HR, BBA, MBA (HR), or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Operations.
- Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR processes.
