Jr. Graphic Designer (Brand + Performance)

We are hiring a strong individual contributor who can create high-quality design across performance marketing and brand.

This role is for someone with solid fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished work consistently. You will work closely with the founders and be part of a growing design team.

Location & Details

- Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Compensation: Depending on your skills and experience

What You Will Work On

- 50% Performance creatives (ads, iterations, campaigns)
- 30% Social media content
- 20% Brand and long-form design

What You Will Do

- Design high-quality creatives for ads, social, and brand communication
- Translate briefs into clear, on-brand visuals
- Work closely with the Co-founder Prachi and the marketing team on creative direction
- Occasionally challenge briefs and suggest better visual approaches
- Deliver polished work with strong attention to detail




- Manage timelines and deliver without follow-ups

Must Have

- 1 to 3 years experience in design (in-house or startup preferred)
- Strong fundamentals (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
- Experience designing performance marketing creatives
- Ability to handle feedback and improve output quickly
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Tools

- Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with AI tools

Positive to Have

- Basic motion design (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
